# Settings and support

> Find profile settings, billing, theme controls, bookmarks, imports, docs, live chat, feedback, and support in CalBudget.

Your profile menu is the main place to manage CalBudget. It includes account preferences, billing, theme controls, workspace setup, import tools, reports, support, and sign out.

## Profile and preferences

Open your profile menu from the top-right corner of the app. From there you can manage:

* **Profile settings** for name, email-related preferences, appearance, and account controls.
* **Billing and plan** for your current plan, renewal, cancellation, and payment management.
* **Theme** for dark or light mode.
* **Usage** to see how many accounts, transactions, recurring series, and bookmarks you have used.

## Workspace tools

The workspace section helps you organize the forecast:

* **Accounts** for balances and separate forecasts.
* **Categories** for income and spending labels.
* **Bookmarks** for saved quick-add transaction templates.
* **Bank details** for optional planning context.
* **Import statement** for bringing in statement files when available on your plan.

## Planning and export tools

Depending on your plan, you may also see:

* **AI financial report** for an opt-in planning summary.
* **Debt payoff** for calendar-aware debt planning.
* **Export CSV** for downloading transaction data.
* **Print tidy** and **Print full** for printing a cleaner or more detailed calendar view.

## Help menu

Use the question-mark menu in the platform for help.

| Option                        | What it does                                                          |
| ----------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Help Center**               | Opens these docs at [docs.calbudget.com](https://docs.calbudget.com). |
| **Contact CalBudget Support** | Opens the bottom-right live support widget.                           |
| **Latest Updates**            | Shows recent product changes.                                         |
| **Keyboard Shortcuts**        | Shows available keyboard controls where supported.                    |

When asking for help, include:

* What you were trying to do.
* Which account or month you were viewing.
* Whether the issue happens after refreshing.
* Any visible error message.

Do not send bank passwords, full card numbers, full account numbers, or private credentials.
