# Help center and support

> Use CalBudget docs, live support, email support, and in-app replies when you need help.

CalBudget support is available through docs, the in-app support widget, and email.

## Help center

The public help center is:

Use the help center when you want to learn a workflow, understand a feature, or troubleshoot common issues.

## Contact support from the app

Open the question-mark menu and choose **Contact CalBudget Support**. This opens the bottom-right live support widget.

You can also use the support launcher in the bottom-right corner when it is visible.

## What support can help with

Support can help with:

* Sign-in and account access.
* Billing and plan status.
* Calendar display issues.
* Transaction entry or recurring rules.
* Imports and reconciliation.
* Advisor questions.
* Mobile or desktop app issues.
* Bugs or unexpected errors.

## What to include

Include enough context to reproduce the issue:

* The page or feature you were using.
* The account or month involved.
* The steps you took.
* Any error message.
* Whether refreshing changes the result.

Do not send bank passwords, full card numbers, full account numbers, or private credentials.
