Web subscriptions for CalBudget are managed from Billing and plan in the profile menu.

What you can manage

From billing, you can:
  • View your current plan.
  • Upgrade from Free to Plus or Advisor.
  • Switch between available billing periods.
  • Update your payment method.
  • Review renewal timing.
  • Open the billing portal when available.
  • Cancel a paid subscription.

Canceling a web subscription

If you cancel a paid subscription, access normally continues through the end of the paid billing period. After that, your account returns to the access level available on your plan. If you return to Free, plan limits may apply again. Existing data is not a recommendation to delete information; it simply means some actions may require upgrading again.

If your plan looks wrong

If you paid but still see Free:
  1. Refresh the app.
  2. Sign out and sign back in.
  3. Confirm you are using the same email address that purchased the plan.
  4. Open Billing and plan from the profile menu.
  5. Contact support from the in-app support widget or email support@calbudget.com.
Include the email address on the CalBudget account and whether the purchase was made on web or iOS. Do not send full card numbers or private payment credentials.

Invoices and receipts

Receipts are usually sent to the email address associated with the purchase. If you need help finding a receipt, contact support and include the purchase email address.
