Contact support from the app

Open the question-mark menu and choose Contact CalBudget Support. This opens the bottom-right live support widget. You can also use the support launcher in the bottom-right corner when it is visible.

What support can help with

Support can help with:
  • Sign-in and account access.
  • Billing and plan status.
  • Calendar display issues.
  • Transaction entry or recurring rules.
  • Imports and reconciliation.
  • Advisor questions.
  • Mobile or desktop app issues.
  • Bugs or unexpected errors.

What to include

Include enough context to reproduce the issue:
  • The page or feature you were using.
  • The account or month involved.
  • The steps you took.
  • Any error message.
  • Whether refreshing changes the result.
Do not send bank passwords, full card numbers, full account numbers, or private credentials.

Support email

You can email support@calbudget.com. In-app support is usually better when you are already looking at the problem.
