Open the widget

You can open support from:
  • The bottom-right support launcher.
  • The question-mark menu in the platform.
  • Contact CalBudget Support from the help menu.

What to include

Support can help faster when you include:
  • What you were trying to do.
  • Which account or month you were viewing.
  • Whether the problem happens after refreshing.
  • Any visible error message.
  • Whether you are using web, desktop, or iOS.

Privacy

Do not send bank passwords, full account numbers, full card numbers, or private credentials in live chat. CalBudget support may need context about your account or forecast, but you should only share what is needed to troubleshoot.
