A checkup includes:- Title
- Summary
- Risk level
- Lowest balance date
- Lowest balance amount
- Projected finish
- Action items
- Watchlist transactions
Risk levels
| Risk level | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Critical | The forecast shows a serious low-balance or negative-cash risk. |
| Watch | The forecast is not failing, but a date deserves attention. |
| Steady | The forecast appears stable based on available data. |
| Empty | There is not enough data to produce a useful checkup. |
Generation cadence
Weekly checkups are generated for Advisor users. A fresh checkup is reused when it exists within the freshness window.Action generation
Actions are created from checkup items and account context. Examples:- Fix the low-balance gap.
- Protect the low-balance day.
- Review the largest outflow category.
- Confirm the next important transaction.
Action statuses
- Open
- Completed
- Dismissed
Reminder emails
Advisor action reminders are sent for open actions that are due or near due. You can use them as planning nudges, then return to CalBudget to mark actions completed or dismissed.How to use checkups

- Choose one action that improves timing.
