What deletion removes
Deleting your account removes data tied to your CalBudget user record, including:- Profile
- Budget accounts
- Categories
- Transactions
- Bookmarks
- Debt planner data
- Support tickets
- Feedback
- Onboarding events
- Queued emails
- Billing customer record
Before you delete

Cancel or review billing
If you subscribed through the website, open Settings, then Billing, and review the Stripe subscription. If you subscribed through the App Store, manage that subscription in Apple’s subscription settings.

Save anything you need
Account deletion is permanent. Keep any records you need before continuing.

Contact support if billing or bank cleanup fails
If CalBudget cannot cancel billing or disconnect Plaid automatically, the app will ask you to contact support before deletion finishes.
Delete from Settings

Open Settings
From the calendar, open the profile menu and choose Settings.

Open Account
Choose the Account tab.

Confirm with your password
Enter your current password.

Type "DELETE"

DELETE exactly as shown.5
Delete permanently
Choose Delete my account permanently. CalBudget removes the account data, signs you out, and returns you to the home page.
What deletion does not mean
Deleting your CalBudget account is not the same as:- Deleting one budget account from the calendar
- Canceling only a subscription while keeping your data
- Hiding Navigator or turning off a setting
- Deleting a CalBudget Business workspace
CalBudget Business workspaces are handled separately from personal CalBudget accounts. Contact support if you need help with a business workspace.
