CalBudget has three consumer plans: Free, Plus, and Navigator. Free keeps the core calendar available, Plus removes planning limits and unlocks deeper tools, and Navigator adds guided AI planning on top of Plus.
CalBudget Business is separate from these consumer plans. Business workspaces, billing, verification, and data live in the CalBudget Business product lane.

Choose Navigator when
You want Plus plus guided planning help, checkups, action plans, reminders, shared access, and voice commands.
What happens on Free
Free is meant for getting a real forecast started. When you reach a Free limit, CalBudget will ask you to upgrade before adding more of that item.
Free limits are:
- 1 budget account
- 50 lifetime transactions
- 5 recurring series
- 3 bookmarks
Your existing data stays connected to your account. Upgrading to Plus or Navigator removes those usage limits.
Manage a website subscription
Website subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
Open Settings
From the calendar, open the profile menu and choose Settings.
Go to Billing
Open the Billing tab.
Manage subscription
Choose Manage subscription to open the billing portal for renewal dates, payment method changes, invoices, cancellation, or plan changes.
You can also open /billing; CalBudget redirects that page to the current subscription screen.
Manage an App Store subscription
If you subscribed through the iPhone app or App Store, manage the subscription in Apple’s subscription settings. Use Restore Purchases in the iOS app if your App Store subscription is active but CalBudget has not updated yet.
Use the same billing path where you first subscribed. Website billing is managed through Stripe; App Store billing is managed through Apple.
When billing needs attention
CalBudget may show a billing reminder when a trial is ending, no payment method is on file, or a payment cannot be collected. Open Settings, then Billing, to add a payment method or manage the current subscription.
If your access looks wrong after updating billing, refresh CalBudget first. If the issue continues, contact support with the email address on your CalBudget account and the billing path you used.
Do not start a second subscription from the other billing path while support is reviewing an access issue. Tell support whether you subscribed through the website or the App Store.
